Terms of Service — Oscar Macias

Scope

These terms cover personal software projects built and operated by Oscar Macias, including the Email Assistant project. These are personal, single-user tools built for my own use — they are not offered as a public service, and no one other than me is authorized to use them.

Single-User Use

The Email Assistant is authorized only against my own Google account and operates entirely within infrastructure I own (AWS, Slack). There is no signup flow, no multi-tenant access, and no intention to make this available to other users.

No Warranty

This software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. It is a personal project and may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Since this project has exactly one user — myself — and is not made available to the public, no liability is assumed toward any third party arising from its operation.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the project evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
